Our Seal Maker Team can provide high quality high precision seals and bearings up to 600mm. our first machine is the 600 SML. A Polish machine outfitted to work with soft materials equipped with coolant control and vacuum system that stops chances of bad finishes a very important part of the machining process. The 600 SML has been with the Advanced seals family sense 2009 . Operated for many years by our great machinists John Lane and Russell west.
Now Operated by Gene Morrell well trained by Karl West who was sent to Austria with John Lane for CNC seal maker training.
Our 500E SML is the latest top of the line seal making machine in our fleet. It is Operated by Grant West a skilled machinist with the capability's to make almost any seal or bearing or even housing for any application from double sided seals to gaskets.
This machine has the ability to work in 4 axis. With live head tooling making it possible. able to produced many shapes and sizes from square to hexogons to gaskets or houseing or pistons with threads all only possible with high precision tooling down to the 0.05 control.
